Detailed itinerary;

DAY 01: NAIROBI
Upon arrival in the Kenyan capital, you’ll be met by our representative and after a short briefing, transferred to Hilton Hotel in the heart of the city.
Overnight at Hilton Hotel.

DAY 02: NAIROBI – ABERDARES NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast you will drive North through rich agricultural farmlands to Aberdares National park.
Arrive for lunch at Aberdare Country Club there after you will be transferred to The Ark.
Afternoon tea and coffee at the tree hotel.
The Ark is set in thick woodland at the heart of the Aberdare National Park and is designed with numerous viewing decks, balconies and lounges that allow you to watch animals visiting the waterhole and salt lick.
A ground level viewing area provides excellent photographic opportunities and a floodlit waterhole allows all-night game viewing.
Dinner and overnight at the Ark.
NB: ONLY SMALL OVERNIGHT BAGS ARE ALLOWED TO TREE HOTELS. THE OTHER LUGGAGE WILL BE STORED AT BASE HOTELS. CHILDREN UNDER 7 YEARS OF AGE ARE NOT ALLOWED AT THE TREE HOTELS.

DAY 3: ABERDARES – SWEETWATER’S GAME SANCTUARY
Buffet breakfast at the Ark.
Morning transfer by hotel vehicles to Aberdare Country Club to rejoin you driver guide and retrieve your
Stored luggage. Drive to Sweetwaters Game Sanctuary located in Olpajeta ranch at the base of Mt. Kenya.
Arrive for lunch at Sweetwaters Serena Camp.
Afternoon gamedrive in the Sanctuary.
Dinner and overnight at Sweetwaters Serena Camp.

DAY 4: SWEETWATER’S GAME SANCTUARY
Full day in Sweetwaters to enjoy the various endangered species found in the sanctuary.
Visit the Chimpanzee Sanctuary – the only place in Kenya where this highly endangered and remarkably intelligent species can be seen!
Visitors to the Ol Pejeta Conservancy have free access to the Sanctuary, which is open daily at 9:00am to 10:30am and 3pm to 4:30pm.
The Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary opened in 1993 in a negotiated agreement between the Ol Pejeta Conservancy, the Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS) and the Jane Goodall Institute. The facility was initially established to receive and provide lifelong refuge to orphaned and abused chimpanzees (Pan troglodytes) from West and Central Africa. All meals at Sweetwaters Serena camp.

DAY 05, 06 & 07: MASAI MARA GAME RESERVE
This morning we’ll fly over the Great Rift Valley to the Maasai Mara, the northern sector of the bigger-than-Belgium Serengeti–Maasai Mara ecosystem, unquestionably the earth’s greatest haven for large mammals, more than 70 species of which go about their business in the oceanic Serengeti–Maasai Mara grasslands.
Enjoy the best located Mara Serena Safari Lodge and gamedrives throughout the Mara, make side trips to the Mara River and its tributaries for a gander at leviathan crocodiles and hippos.

DAY 08: MASAI MARA – NAIROBI – DEPART
We fly to the Nairobi using the morning flight. Arrive in Nairobi where you will be transferred to the famous Carnivore Restaurant for lunch before being transferred to the Airport for your flights back home.
