Program in detail
DAY 01:ARRIVAL – KAMPALA
Meet and greet at Entebbe International Airport and transfer to Lake Victoria Serena Golf Resort & Spafor overnight.
DAY 02: KAMPALA – MURCHISON FALLS NATIONAL PARK
Commence your safari to Murchison Falls National Park with Rhino tracking and lunch en-route. Visit the top of the Mighty Murchison Falls.
Dinner and overnight at Paraa Lodge.
DAY 03: MURCHISON FALLS NATIONAL PARK
Early morning game-drive on the north bank, that nestles on the Nyamsika Plateau, to explore the diversity of wildlife in Uganda’s largest National Park. Sunrise game drive. Afternoon boat cruise to the bottom of the Magnificent Murchison Falls.
Dinner and overnight at Paraa Lodge.
DAY 04: MURCHISON FALLS – KABALE FOREST
Take a long scenic ride to Kibale Forest (7 hours) with picnic lunch.
Dinner and overnight at Ndali Lodge.
DAY 05: KABALE FOREST – QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK
Rallying behind your Ranger guide, enter Kibale Forest Sub-Sahara’s largest hard-wood forest and track Chimpanzee, one of Kibale’s 13 primate species. After lunch, drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park with an opportunity to view game as you enter the park.
Dinner and overnight at Mweya Lodge.
DAY 06: QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK
Rise before the sun to catch a glimpse of the wonders of nature as you do a game drive. Afternoon boat cruise on Kazinga Channel, the perfect platform to see the toothsome Nile Crocodiles, dormant and playful Hippos and abundant birdlife that lives on the banks of the channel.
Dinner and overnight at Mweya Lodge.
DAY 07: QUEEN ELIZABETH – LAKE MBURO
Early morning breakfast, check-out and transfer to Kyambura Gorge for an opportunity to track Chimpanzees. Continue safari to Lake Mburo (2 hours). Afternoon boat cruise on Lake Mburo followed by an evening game drive. Dinner and overnight at Mihingo Lodge.
DAY 08: LAKE MBURO – KAMPALA – DEPART
Morning guided safari walk, breakfast and en-route game-drive as you exit the park. Stop for lunch on the way back to Kampala. Upon arrival in Kampala, you will be transferred to Entebbe International Airport for your onward flight.
