Program in detail

DAY 01: ARRIVAL – NAIROBI
Upon your arrival at The Jomo Kenyatta international Airport, you will be met by our representative for a warm welcome and a short briefing.
You will then be transferred to Emakoko, aluxury lodge artfully built into the side of a valley on the Mbagathi River, which borders the Nairobi National Park. Great care has been taken to incorporate the beautiful fig trees which grow on the cliff where the lodge is situated. All rooms look straight over the river and into the Park. After check in you will get a full briefing by our representative after which he will give you your full detailed program.
Depending on the time of arrival, you may have an afternoon gamedrive in Nairobi National Park.
Emakoko package includes all airstrip transfers, game drives, soft drinks, beer, non-premium wine, internet access and laundry.
Dinner and overnight at the Emakoko Nairobi.

DAY 02, 03 and 04: CHYULU HILLS
Morning transfer to Wilson Airport to board your chartered flight to Oldonyo Lodge in Chyulu Hills, your home for the 3 nights.
Ol Donyo Lodge is in the heart of the 275,000 acre Mbirikani Group Ranch, located on the slopes of the Chyulu Hills National Park between the Amboseli and Tsavo West National Parks in southeast Kenya. Its location is unrivalled with full views of Mount Kilimanjaro and in the path of traditional wildlife migration routes.
It is a lodge rich in history, passion and conservation.
Oldonyo Lodge package includes full board accommodation, soft drinks, beer, non-premium wine and laundry
Shared Game drives – day and night, local airstrip transfers (Chyulu airstrip), Guided Walks, Mountain Biking

DAY 05, 06 and 07: LAIKIPIA
You will fly north using your chartered flight to The Sanctuary at Ol Lentille in Laikipia, your home for the next 3 nights.
Ol Lentille is perched on the flanks of a wooded rock kopje, in the heart of a private conservation area comprised of 20,000 acres of grassy hills and deep valleys, heavily wooded with many acacia species and African olives. It is named for Ol Lentille, a huge hill from the top of which an astonishing panorama of Northern Kenya unfolds. The Ol Lentille Conservancy is home to the endangered African wild dog, greater kudu, leopard, striped and spotted hyena and klipspringer, as well as many elephant.
The Sanctuary at Ol Lentille package includes;
Exclusive use of house, full board accommodation, non-premium wine and spirits, beer and soft drinks and conservancy fees
Personal staff: butler, valet, askari and guide, laundry
Each House has exclusive use of a 4×4 safari vehicle

DAY 08, 09 and 10: MASAI MARA GAME RESERVE
Today you will fly across the Rift Valley to Masai Mara Game reserve where you will be spending your last 3 nights at Cottar’s 1920s Safari Camp.
Think I-max and 3-D scenes from the Discovery Channel and National Geographic to get a real-time experience of Kenya’s Masai Mara.Combine all this with retro images from Out of Africa and a Hemingway novel, to visualise one of the original safari outfitters still hosting guests in the Mara: Cottars 1920’s Safari Camp. The Cottar family began guiding safaris in the pioneer days for Hemingway and Johnson. Cottars camp is still a beacon for style-conscious wildlife seekers, in a pristine concession bordering Tanzania’s Serengeti and Loliondo reserves. Professionally guided bush walks with excellent guides, game drives in open safari vehicles are Cottars’ hallmark.

DAY 11: MASAI MARA – NAIROBI – DEPART
After breakfast you will board your chartered flight to Nairobi.
Lunch today at the famous Carnivore Restaurant in Nairobi to enjoy the local cuisine.
If time allows, you will have a short city tour before being transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your departure flight or have a beach holiday in the palm fringed beaches of the Kenyan coast at extra cost.
